This Privacy Policy explains how Color Stack Sort (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our iOS puzzle game.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information stored on your device

The App stores game data locally on your device, including:

• Level progress, stars, and scores
• In-game coins and settings (music, sound effects, haptics)
• Whether you continued as a guest or signed in
• Ad-related timing used to control how often interstitial ads may appear

This data stays on your device unless you sign in (see below) or delete the App.

1.2 Account sign-in (optional)

You may play as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. If you sign in, we may receive:

• A user identifier
• Display name
• Email address (if you choose to share it)
• Profile photo URL (Google sign-in only)

Sign-in is handled through Firebase Authentication (Google).

1.3 Purchases

In-app purchases (for example: remove ads, premium levels, coin packs) are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide us with purchase status so we can unlock content in the App.

1.4 Advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob and may use ad mediation partners (such as AppLovin or Meta Audience Network) to show rewarded and interstitial ads.

Ad partners may collect information such as:

• Device identifiers (for example, advertising ID if you allow tracking)
• IP address
• App interactions with ads
• General device and diagnostic information

On iOS, we may ask for permission to track you across apps and websites for personalized ads (App Tracking Transparency). You can decline; the App still works, but ads may be less relevant.

2. How we use information

• Provide gameplay, save progress, and unlock purchased content
• Authenticate your account if you choose to sign in
• Display ads and measure ad performance
• Improve stability and user experience

3. Third-party services

The App uses services that have their own privacy policies:

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• With service providers that help run the App (authentication, ads, payments)
• When required by law or to protect rights and safety

5. Data retention

Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or reset progress. Account data linked to Firebase is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.

6. Your choices

• Guest mode: play without signing in
• Tracking: manage in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Remove ads: purchase “Remove Ads” in the in-app shop
• Delete data: delete the App from your device; contact us to request account deletion

7. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International users

Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate (including the United States). By using the App, you consent to this processing.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date.
